Amazing Homemade Stinky Feet Foot Soak

I hate smelly feet. I hate them so much I use a homemade sticky feet foot soak every night to make sure my feet never stink and always look beautiful. However, my friend came over on an extremely hot humid day wearing black socks and shoes.

When she took them off, her feet smelled worse than anything I have ever smelled in my life.

I told her if she was going to stay in my house and hangout, her shoes and socks must be placed outside, which she was happily okay with, and I told her she was going to use some of my homemade stinky feet foot soak.

The foot soak contains a combination of herbs; salts and baking soda that help kill the bacteria and fungus that cause foot odor, which she desperately needed because she began telling me how she was suffering from athlete’s foot

Ingredients Needed for the Stinky Feet Foot Soak

The ingredients you will need to make your own batch of stinky feet foot soak are a cup of vodka, half cup each of Epsom salts, sea salt, baking soda and milk powder, ten drops each of the essential oils of tea tree oillavender oil, peppermint oil and wintergreen oil, and five rose petals.

I tend to always have these ingredients on hand, but if you do not you should be able to easily find the vodka at a liquor store and the salts, baking soda, milk powder, essential oils and rose petals at an herbal shop or whole food store.

The Reason for Ingredients

The reasons I use the ingredients I do to make the stinky feet foot soak are because they kill bacteria and fungus, treat athletes foot, rid foot odor, treat and rid yellow toenails, soften the feet up, relieve aches and pains, and they prevent the feet from becoming dried out and cracked.

In addition, they are also useful in treating foot infections.

For example, if you step on a nail outside while going barefoot and need to prevent a bad infection, the antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-pain-relieving properties in the ingredients in the soak help tremendously to reduce infection, but you must soak your foot immediately after doing such a painful accident.

However, if you step on anything and injure your foot, it is always best to visit a doctor for proper treatment.

The foot soak is also amazing for relieving discomfort due to a sprain ankle or broken toe too.

Making the Stinky Feet Foot Soak

When I make the stinky feet foot soak, I place all the ingredients into a large foot bath and fill the bath up the rest of the way with hot comfortable water.

However, if you do not have a foot bath, a large bowl or bucket works too.

Once the foot bath is made it will have a strong mint lavender scent that is refreshing and stress relieving and it will have a slightly milk color with rose petals floating on top for an elegant, yet relaxing appearances.

Soaking the Your Stinky Feet

After the foot bath is made, place your stinky feet into the foot soak right away and rid that odor right away and soak them for as long as possible.

Usually, forty-five minutes is best.

However, if you do not have stinky feet and just want to use the soak to help ease foot pain, prevent infection or keep the feet looking and feeling their best, twenty to thirty minutes is plenty of time.

Bottom Line

It is never pleasant when someone you love shows up with smelly feet, but now you have a simple easy and natural solution to this stinking problem.

I know it worked on my friend’s smelly feet and she loved the extra pampering I provided for her to relieve her foot odor and discomfort.

However, if you have stinky feet too, I would suggest using this remedy immediately.

Bottom line is no one likes stinky feet.
