The ingredients you will need to make the cooling foot soak are: 5 cups of sea salt, 1 cup of baking soda, 10 drops of camphor oil, 5 drops of eucalyptus oil and 10 drops of peppermint oil.

You can find these ingredients in your local herbal store and grocery store.

They are slightly expensive, but they are worth having on hand to make the cooling foot soak.

Making the Soak 

The way to make the cooling foot soak is by pouring the 5 cups of sea salt, 1 cup of baking soda, 10 drops of camphor oil, 5 drops of eucalyptus oil and 10 drops of peppermint oil into a medium metal bowl. 

Then you will take a metal spoon and combine the ingredients together until you get a white gritty powder that has a eucalyptus mint aroma to it. 

Once you have made the cooling foot soak you can place it into a container with a lid and seal it up and store it away some place cool and dry until you are ready to use it for soothing your achy feet.

Using the Soak 

The best way to use the cooling foot soak is by taking 1 cup of it and pouring it directly into a foot bath filled with warm water.

Then you place your feet into the foot bath and the cooling foot soak will help relieve the sore achy feeling in them. 

You will want to soak your feet for about 20 to 30 minutes in the foot bath to really help make them feel a whole lot better.

I wouldn’t recommend you use this cooling foot soak if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in it.
