Eczema has been a skin problem in my family for several years now.
Some of my family members get it pretty bad, but I only get it slightly and sometimes hardly any at all.
The reason my eczema isn’t as bad is because I make and use my own homemade olive oil eczema bubble bath.
It helps condition my dry flaky eczema spots while treating the rash it causes.
Ingredients
The natural ingredients used to make my homemade olive oil eczema bubble bath are:
- 1 cup of olive oil,
- 1 cup of castile soap,
- 1/4 each of almond oil,
- jojoba oil and grape seed oil,
- 1/2 cup of aloe vera juice,
- 1/2 cup of honey, 15 drops of tea tree oil and
- 10 drops of lavender oil.
These natural ingredients are moisturizers and antiseptics that contain antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that are all beneficial for eczema prone skin because they help treat, heal, protect and sometimes can even help prevent eczema breakouts.
All of these natural ingredients can be found at your local herbal store and possibly even grocery store.
They are expensive, but well worth getting because they naturally help treat and heal eczema better than any eczema cream out there on the market can.
