Acne Prevention and Treatment
- Use of onion juice
The first thing to do is clean the area thoroughly with water and then apply fresh onion juice. Leave the juice for about 15 minutes. Rinse off after 15 minutes but repeat the process daily until the acne disappears. This is an effective and powerful treatment.
- Use of orange peels
Orange peels have been found to be equally quite effective in the local treatment of acne. Pound the orange peel or blend, adding a little water. Apply the pounded peel on the affected area and you should notice significant improvement within a short period of time.
- Use of lemon juice
Lemon juice is equally effective for acne treatment. It not only reduces the effect of acne but produces relief as well.
- Use of garlic
Garlic is a great system purifier and highly effective in the treatment of acne and pimples. It’s so effective that it heals the acne without leaving even a scar. All you need do is apply it to the affected areas several times a day. To secure an even longer term effect, you may eat about 3 pods a day so as to purify your blood stream and clear up your skin.
- Use of cucumber
The application of grated cucumber to the affected areas for about 15 – 20 minutes a day has been found to be highly effective in both the treatment and prevention of acne. It has a tonic effect especially to the skin on the face and regular use prevents pimples and blackheads.
- The use of tomatoes
The use of ripe tomatoes has been found to be also effective in the treatment of acne and pimples. All you need do is cut the tomatoes and then place the inside wet portion on the affected areas. Leave it there for about an hour then wash off. You should notice significant and positive effects in days.
It is true that persons affected by acne and pimples spend a lot trying to find a lasting solution not knowing that some local, and natural items found in the kitchen and around the house could be even more effective.
However, the advice I would give is that you should keep away from meats, sugar, ice cream, carbonated drinks and processed foods during the period of treatment.
