Banana Mango Tango Smoothie
My homemade banana mango tango smoothie is one of my favorites to drink up when I need a quick filling breakfast or something to soothe an upset stomach. The smoothie also gives me a great boost of energy when I am feeling fatigued and the cheery bright orange sunshine color helps pick my mood up just by looking at it.
In fact, when I am craving something sweet when I am having a terrible day this is just the smoothie I love to drink. It is way better than a carton of ice cream or frozen mango yogurt and it contains a few servings of fruit to help keep my body nourished.
To make this smoothie I use the Bolthouse Farms Amazing Mango juice and some frozen bananas. If you can’t find frozen bananas at your grocery store, just pick up some organic bananas from the product section, peel and slice some up and toss the slices into the freezer and make your own. I always do because fresh frozen bananas always taste best in this smoothie.

mango juice. Next, puree the ingredients together until you get a deep sunny
colored fruit mango banana smoothie. This smoothie is very sweet and tangy and
taste just like a dessert, but a lot healthier for you.
Whenever I want a super sweet and tropical fruit smoothie, I make a pineapple mango one using a cup of frozen mangoes and a cup and half of organic pineapple juice. After, place a straw into the smoothie and drink up for a healthy tropical snack that will sure ease the winter blues right away.
