Hi Hi.
My name is Kelsey + I love food. I love interesting combinations of food + I love to consume food in a beautiful way. I only plan on living once this life once + I plan on making this one time the most that it can be.
My life is balanced through the simple principles of moderation.
I eat approximately 87% whole foods, eat home cooked meals 87% of the time + live a very active lifestyle.
For mental clarity I turn to yoga + try to incorporate it into my daily life. I am a huge fan of the YOGA ONE studio in Charlotte– you can usually find me there at least five days a week!
The driving passion behind Bites + Bowls is my enthusiasm for art + food + a happy balanced life. I hope to entertain you + provide you with useful knowledge + recipes at the same time.
My beliefs are simple—
-Whole foods in = Whole body out..
-Everything is okay in moderation (well except intravenous drugs.. the more the better in those situations–KIDDING.)
-If it comes in a package you should probably think twice about it..
-Don’t put jet fuel in a T-model car..
-Love long– don’t lose long..
