Things I love about this post:

1) Pretty Food PLATING! Don’t you love arranging / garnishing dishes? I love the “stacks” and the alternating fruit!

2) There is nothing better than SIPPING WINE while getting stuff done around the house!

3) ORGANIZING the fridge! “Hey I almost forgot about this hummus and half a lemon…”

4) THE BREAD looks AMAZING.

I have total Netflix guilt! I am so behind on my queue!

Thanks for the recipe! Wow, that looks SO good! You are so darn creative Kelsey :D

Organizing the fridge it like one of my top 5 favorite pass-times. The wonderful things you find while organizing… ;)

Haha – “Kath’s crazy almond butters”! I love the bowl you ate your breakfast/lunch/dinner out of :)

I need to bring you a loaf of GH’s Fruit N’ Grain bread… it’s 100% whole wheat, with raisins, craisins, apricots, sunflower seeds, and Nine Grain Mix. We put it on the menu as a seasonal replacement for Cranberry Orange – would probably make some tasty freedom toast.

I have total Netflix guilt too – just five minutes ago my husband was yelling at me because I rented Land Before Time more than a week ago and it is still sitting here! I get so excited when I am making my que and then things get here and I feel kind of meh.

I need the hookup with that bread and then that french toast! Your pictures are so b e a uuuutiful!!

Your french toast looks fabulous. And I love the eggplant cutlets. I used mine the other night but topped them with a poached egg, asparagus and goat cheese. It was quite delicious!

Glad you are enjoying your summer. We use to get netflix but then stopped because my husband and I almost got a divorce. Haha, okay not really but we would constantly change the dvds that would come next to ones that we wanted and the other would get so mad. We decided it was probably best to just cancel. LoL

Your food is so creative and just BEAUTIFUL!!
