HOLY BEST BIRTHDAY
BREAKFAST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was greeted at Ashley’s door by this motley crew –
This one gave me a PONY RIDE!!
A very nice pony ride.
Even better than the pony ride was the breakfast. Oh the breakfast!!
A huge thanks goes out to my oh so lovely friend ASHLEY who invited me over for the best birthday breakfast ever!!
Seriously it was the best.
And OH. SO. GORGEY!
This half was lemon banana oat bake.
This half was straight up birthday batter oat bake.
All topped off with homemade coconut butter + the world’s best cake batter cashew butter!!

This plate exploded with flavors of BIRTHDAY
!!!!
I have no clue how Ashley pulled it off [other than the fact that she is ahhhmazing in the kitchen]–but this whole plate just screamed —cake batter!! sprinkles!! party!!

It was the happiest birthday breakfast ever!!
And —get this –
She let me have fully caffeinated coffee!!
I’m going to go wild!
AND–She sent me home with my very own CAKE BATTER CASHEW BUTTER!!
It gets even better —Eric is allergic to cashews —So the butter is mine all mine!!
So good it’s dangerous.
I may go to yoga –or I may just sit in a bubble bath + eat this jar of deeeeliciousness.
I’ll never tell!
