If you like studying microbiology!! Meh!!
LUNCH TIME –
- TJs Ciabatta Bread
- TJs Roasted Turkey Breast — SO SO GOOD!!
- La Bonne Vie Brie

I am quite the little MESSY MONSTER when I study!!

Best part about the turkey — The PEEL + RESEAL feature actually works!!
Love it.

TOASTED + OPEN FACED DELICIOUSNESS!!

IT’S NAIL PAINTING SEASON!!!!!!!!!
ESSIE – Movers + Shakers
AND YES – I match my phone cover!!
EEEEEXCELLENT well balanced white wine @ TJs right now for $6.99
- crisp
- slightly sweet
- so so refreshing!!

INTERESTING –
The bottle had 2 labels on the back — So of course I tried to figure out why — but then I lost interest when I realized that I could be drinking the wine instead of playing with the LABEL!!

- Water
- Wine
- Coffee
Clearly I need THREE DRINKS to study with.

After diligently studying for SIX HOURS I called it quits + met KATH at the Dean + Deluca wine bar for a SIP-O-WINE

I had the ‘04 BELGUARDO “SERRATA”
So dry + delicious.

KATH enjoyed a little PENNY LOVE!!

And I went home with the intentions of studying some more — Only I made dinner + watched a movie instead!!
Cheers!!
B+B

six hours of studying seems like enough for one day anyways:)
Yikes, sounds like a lot of studying going on there. You totally deserved a movie break!
HOORAY for nail-painting season!!!! You know I love it!
xxoo

Must get that bottle of wine! TJ’s wine can be so hit or miss. I bought some red at TJ’s the other day and it tasted like vinegar. Blegh.
Love Love Love the Tj’s Ciabatta Bread! I am so happy to have you in my life because I am heading to TJ’s next weekend and I can always rely on you to provide the latest reviews.
PS- I was wondering when Nail time would pick up again! Yay for spring colors!
<3 you!
Xo Penny!
You always make the best looking food!!! That melty cheese…yum!
Fun nail colors rock!
I also LOVE nail polish season . . . I’m guilty of wearing sandals long past when I should (I live in Chicago) because what is the point of painting my toenails otherwise.
If I may ask another totally non-food related question (because you answered my other, music related question so well! thanks again!) do you (or anyone) ever do OPI nail polish? I’m pretty devoted to it–I find that the lighter/matte-er colors stay on REALLY well and continue to look great but the darker colors chip immediately, despite being so pretty. How does Essie hold up, chip-wise?
P.S. I looooooooove that wine . . . one of my favorites.
OPI was my first love — but now I love ESSIE so much more!!
I LOVE LOVE ESSIE!!
It paints better than OPI — It stays on longer — It is more chip resistant — and the bottles are easier to open!!
Cheers to good wine!!
yum, i’m with you on that TJ’s turkey breast. i’m not really a big fan of lunch meat but that one tastes so fresh and delicious!
Thats so funny you posted about that wine. My mother and I were just in Trader Joe’s getting ingredients for dinner and looking at the wines because I want to celebrate! the man around the wine area told us that was a great wine we should try!
