Trader Joe’s has a new FUN FUN item in the freezer section –

It’s not exactly bursting at the seams with nutritional value–but is delicious and low calorie!!

I stirred fried a little stir fry –

Bringing a little of what I learned in COLORADO back to the CAROLINAS

LOCAL glass bottled milk is the most delicious milk in the WORLD.

This was the MOST FLAVORFUL milk I have ever had —and it was SKIM MILK!!

Then I prepped SESAME KALE to have in the fridge for the week –

  • organic kale
  • a few teaspoons of sesame oil
  • a couple of tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
  • a splash of soysauce
  • a sprinkle of salt

and steamed BEET GREENS

The baking party concluded + was followed by a TUPPERWARE PARTY. So tonight I made + stocked the fridge with ready to go—

  • spaghetti squash
  • roasted beets
  • beet greens
  • sesame kale

I’m excited for lunch time tomorrow!!

Wow,you were a very busy girl today. Sounds like you had a great time while away.

I’ve seen the milk in the glass bottles at my local grocery but have never tried it. Next time I think I will put it in my cart.
