The weather is so so so GORGEY that we walked down to the square of NODA + grabbed drinks OUTSIDE!!
WTF is this stuff in the bottom of my glass?? Margarita salt + an unidentified substance.. I drank it anyway. Alcohol kills germs,right?
HOME —to make dinner –
asparagus —thawed + pan seared with EVOO + salt + a dash of sesame oil
SALMON SAUCE!!
- TJs General Tsao sauce [bulk of the sauce base]
- HONEY —local!! and a BDAY gift from the LOVELY ASHLEY!!
- PICKLED GINGER —homemade by my LOVELY BROTHER!!

- sushi vinegar —KEY INGREDIENT!!

TADA!! This would have been delicious if I didn’t extract every ounce of moisture by over cooking it!!
