Prepare this the night before serving –

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 to 2 packages of breakfast sausage —maple flavored is always a big hit
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 C milk
  • 4-6 eggs
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 6-10 slices of bread —cut up into cubes [I vote challah or ciabatta bread]

PM DIRECTIONS

  • whisk eggs and milk [the more milk + eggs you use the longer it has to cook!!]
  • spray or butter a casserole dish
  • layer cubes of bread + cheese + sausage
  • pour egg + milk mixture over entire dish + refrigerate overnight

AM DIRECTIONS

  • next morning [or whenever] cook at 325* for 40-50 minutes
  • it’s done when it stops jiggling + a fork comes out clean

CheeeeeeRS!!

I found an entire stew recipes site here too that seems to have loads of good stuff, maybe your readers can get some more inspiration there. Anyway, thanks,I will bookmark and read more another time ;)
