XMAS EVE NIGHT + XMAS MORNING

I sighted this little “gem”of a billboard in BALTIMORE.

1 mile out of the city + welcome to the first [of many] rounds of stand still traffic.

Good thing we packed a COOLER with:

• chopped romaine
• sliced cucumber
• sliced carrots
• sliced fancy cheese
• sliced salami
• shredded grilled chicken
• caesar dressing
• WW pitas

SO we NEVER once had to stop during our TWENTY HOURS of ROAD TRAVEL for food —and we got to eat healthy + delicious food the whole time —salads + stuffed pitas !!

Welcome to NY + EXTRA BAD traffic —->

BLEEEEEEEK.

Between Baltimore + the George Washington Bridge in NY we averaged 30 MPH with one gas fuel up.

TEN HOURS later we arrived safely in our Massachusetts HOME!!

To be greeted by DELICIOUS COOKIES

+ much desired WINE

+ homemade FRENCH BREAD PIZZAS

+ CANDIED PRETZELS hand dipped with LOVE!!

Then it was present timeee!!

These were the most entertaining of the name tags —>

Even miss Penny received gifts!!

Little did I know that my boyfriend was a professional ornament maker when he was in elementary school —>

It’s a melted plastic cup with balls inside of it —LOVELY!!

XMAS KITTY!!

My stocking was complete with a personalized light up snow man!!

And our bed was absolutely gorgey + so so so welcoming!!

This is what your breakfast looks like if you don’t feel so pretty —>

Someone woke up to food poisoning —I am SO GLAD it wasn’t me….

…. because this BREAKFAST CASSEROLE was out of this world delicious!!

+ FRESH FRUIT!!

+ YOGURT!!

all topped off with this BEAUTIFUL tree!!

+ ICE !!

We got this wine book for XMAS + I tore threw it in no time.

So many dog eared wines to try..

Some pages are even double dog eared —meaning that I HAVE to TRY the wines on both sides of the page!!

Now I’ve moved on to dog earring another WONDERFUL book –
