I really have a thing for rice cakes —I used to eat them all of the time when I was younger —->
- cut up cutie!!

This is my 4th bottle of bubbly in the past few weeks —I’ve been trying to find a fun one for the holidays + I think this is it!!

Last night I made the REAL DEAL SALSA —–>
- 1 onion
- few tomatoes
- 3 jalapenos
- 1 C water
- few dashes of crushed red pepper [ or a few chile de arbols]
- S+P
-Boil until tender
-Allow to cool for a hot minute
-Blend
-Add things to make it chunky again [diced tomato + onion photoed below]
- couple of tomatoes
- small onion
I forgot to photo it with chunks!! SO SO SO SO SO SO SO authentic + fresh + delicious —
I highly recommend adding cilantro to it!!

I haven’t had problems with Ecto yet (knock on wood) but what happened to yours? I’m curious just in case mine freaks out and makes ME freak out

I tried using ecto,because I was hearing such good things about it. However,I wasn’t able to upload pictures to my blog using it. So,I gave up.
Never heard of the yogurt trick for dogs. Might have to try it out on my pup.
Yogurt does help with digestive “issues”in people and pets! Oh my I must try that salsa…
Don’t hate me,but my dog never farts. He does burp though. The only downside to this is that we can’t blame any suspicious smells on him.
I use Mars Edit. I’m not sure why. The only problem that I have with it is that it doesn’t have an drag and drop type thing for the features. I think I read some article comparing it and Ecto and then bought the other.
I am sooooooo happy to hear that you love the Cin. Raisin Muffins. They are so hearty and sweet and delicious! I actually need to get more because my supply is depressingly low.
I love that you give Penny a little yogurt. Sammy is Obsessed with yogurt! Really,I have never seen him lick a bowl as clean as he does with yogurt.

I love rice cakes too. That salsa you made looks really good. Is it really spicy with 3 jalapeños? I like spice but I know there are people in my family that don’t.
