Hi! And Bye!

Here is a picture taken with my Granddad last week……Unfortunately it will be the last picture I ever get to take with him.

My most favorite thing about him were his hugs —big strong hugs —and that he always told me that he loved me. I know I loved [love] him.

I’ll more than likely be taking a few days off of blogging.

As we all know,death is an inevitable part of life,but at least you can always remember and cherish the good times that you have had with him. I never got to meet either of my Grandfathers,so I am truly jealous of anyone who was able to have a long and memorable relationship with theirs. I am sure that he was very happy to have been able to see his grand daughter grow up into such a strong and caring woman.
