I totally went to YOGA at lunch time + totally forgot to eat lunch I tore into what could possibly be my FAVORITE FLAVOR of POPCHIPS —>
Snack time!! GARLICY GUACAMOLE —>
-HUGE clove of fresh garlic [minced]
-One avacado [diced]
-One small tomato [diced]
-lemon juice
-sea salt
-cayenne pepper
Served with UTZ chips!! My absolute FAVORITE tortilla chips!!
After a homework marathon I decided on TUNA TACOS for dinner—>
-Chunks of fresh tuna
-Marinaded in soy sauce + ASHLEY’S most favorite sweetener in the world SUCANAT.. I think it may be my new fav too!!
This cheese is pretty delicious. It has a very distinct flavor.
Taco accompaniments —>
-cheese!
-guac!
-cucumbers!
-red cabbage!
Oh and a sip-o-wine!
YUM YUM YUM.

I drizzled the leftover sauce from the tuna over the taco–one of the best ideas I’ve had all day.

Your tuna tacos are some of the best I have seen. Oh by the way,I have to tell you that ever since I made your Pimento cheese,I can’t get enough of it. And I don’t even like cheese very much,unless it has a totally bold and pungent flavor. Thanks for the recipe girl!

I’ve had halibut tacos,but never tuna. I could see how it would work. A fruit salsa would be good with it too
