Stellar weekend in the QC–how was yours??!!
I slept ELEVEN hours on Friday night + woke up and ate a hottish breaky–I watched IN BROUGE last night.. so there will definitely be a few extra Y‘s + crazy words thrown into the lingo of this post–I want to have a word paRTAy–
k granola + walnuts + blueberries sauteed in almond milk–heaven.. if it were winter.
summer = cold cereal only.
Penny dined along with me. Out of her own set of Kelsey bowls.
More packing + More moving + Finally the dog bar to meet NATE + KATE + GILBERT!!
Saturday night was a LOAD of FUNNNNN.. Leading to a lovely headache Sunday morning.
I scraped myself together by the time that my dad got here!!
We went to CABO FISH TACO.
He stalked his prey.
Per usual we went halvsies–
Diablo Shrimp Salad + Ahi Tuna Tacos. OMG. HEAVEN.
After a quick nap it was time for a quick hike up Crowder’s Mountain.
Easy 1 mile followed by 7/10ths of a mile straight up. Loved it.
Very Vast View.

Tired + Tongue out–but no Ralphing.
I LOVE TJs FISH STICKS + consider this a gourmet sandy..
TJs British Muffin + TJs tartar + TJs fish sticks = DINNER.
Party weeks are over–I start back to YOGA + WORK today.. I’m kind of really excited!!

I love that you go hiking in dresses. Maybe I should try it next time because my hiking shorts sure aren’t fancy
hiking in a dress- love it. I own a running dress before,and it’s pretty damn comfy.

I love TJ British muffins. I always keep a pack of whole wheat and cinnamon raisin in my freezer and just defrost when I want some(which is several times a day)

do you live in charlotte?? and is that the Cabo in charlotte?? Completely random,but I used to live in Blacksburg,VA,and I worked at a cajun restaurant called Boudreaux’s,that was co-owned by the owners of the Cabo Fish Tabo in Blacksburg. THere is both a Boudreaux’s and a Cabo in charlotte,too,owned by the same guys..so I’m guessing this is the same place –it looks exactly the same!
If it is YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO TRY THE SOY GINGER SHRIMP TACOS. But beware,you will never ever order anything else again!! SO GOOD!!!
