Breakfast!!

1/3 C grits (prepared) + 1 small piece of bacon (yes- real meat) + 1 medium egg over easy (I love to eat small eggs!!)

I went small on breakfast because I thought I was going to the 12 o’clock yoga class–

Yoga One has gone high tech + I can go online and reserve a spot in the classes I want to take.. So I chose to take a different time based on the teacher + I feel like taking 2 classes today–So I signed up for the 5:30 and the 7:00..

Yoga bender from 5:30 to 8:30 here I come!!

I’m not exactly ready to get out of bed.. So I’m going to check out a YOGA NIDRA cd that Courtney sent me a week ago!! I’ll let you know how it was after lunch!!

Cheers!

If I don’t make it to yoga tonight,I’ll just count one of your classes as one of mine.

You are so hard core (and I’m sure you also have a hard core…haha). I love taking classes back-to-back as well. This morning my yoga teacher likened taking child’s pose to Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz clicking her ruby shoes to go home…meaning child’s pose (like home) is always there for you,you just have to allow yourself to take it. Isn’t that so profound? Just had to share. Namaste!
