It Started Off Innocent..

A tiny spoonful of PB + 2 yogurt pretzels..

Then I wanted more–but I said NO!

If I wanted to eat I could eat VEGGIES!!

So I had 1/3 cup pasta salad + 1 1/2 C spinach + 1/2 crazy long red pepper + a few thin slices of avocado–

Delicious + Nutritious + Filling.

And a few corn chips–

And part of a cookie–

It is amazing how much I eat + don’t realize–

Overall I think the first day was a success!! Tomorrow I’ll plan for a larger + earlier lunch + maybe snacks?..

Happily full + going back to filling eating my brain with Californication..

Cheers!

I’ve been reading your blog since the beginning but I’m just commenting now. I think your blog is great and amazing and inspirational and I LOVE your food combos. Personally,I think you look great as you are but if you aren’t 1001% happy with yourself why not take some steps to become that way?! You seem to be a perfect intuitive eater so just cutting back on portions seems to be the way to go. I am a total grazer, too and can’t believe how much I can fit in throughout the day sometimes! Perhaps your mini breakfast contributed to your need for snackage later? I know that Unless my breakfast contains tons of spoonfuls of PB,tons of yogurt AND oatmeal,I’ll be hungry the rest of the day,so just a though? I dunno. Sorry this is so long, kepp up the good work!

I cannot believe I have the same Macbook and the same piece of plastic came off (right front near the corner) of mine in the exact same place as yours! lol

Personally…I know that when I cut back on portions it needs to start slowly…and I think that with your teeny portions + the amt of yoga you do…you should graze throughout the day- then you’ll feel satisfied and have energy (and by graze I mean adult carrots and such)…

Omg…you+millie should get your macbooks fixed it’s a flaw in their design, they’ll totally replace the whole thing for you and they’re supposed to even out of apple care warranty

Sounds like a good mix of healthy and a few treats. I’m sure you’ll do great with your goal, and it’s just about making those little changes to get where you want to be. That pasta/veggie dish sounds SOOOO good. Perfect way to get in your veggie-quota for the day! :)

I love that huge red bell pepper! Is it from TJs because I saw some long ones there the other day and just about died laughing –why are they so long?!
