Tonight I went to an Indian feast at Annie’s house!! She was celebrating the end of her research job + she’ll be gone for the next 3 or 4 weeks so it was GREAT to see her!!
I only had a splash!! I am sttttttill not interested in drinking.

The chefs for the evening ANNIE + DEV!!
She had NO IDEA I took this photo–She looks sassy + it is hilarious.

My plate full of deliciousness. I have NO CLUE what I ate–I just know it was all amazing.

Dev came by + topped my plate with this delicious tofu + veggie blend…. PURE HEAVEN.

Hummus + fluffy bread!! Not sure what kind of hummus it was (I am on a roll tonight!!) but it was D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S.

I had seconds of my favorites–
- crazy okra stuff
- crazy tofu veggie stuff
- crazy green hummus

I shared a biscotti with my friend Emily!!

The original crowd was double this–but these are all of the Charlotte (and Greenville!) cool kids!!

Cheers to a FANTASTICAL dinner + evening + eating in moderation–kinda.
Now I am going to rot my brain with more trash TV via Netflix Online.

such a great night
I wish you all lived here!!!
you always look like you have so much fun! I want your life. Trade with me!!
I LOVE Indian food! I have a coworker that cooks it all the time and it’s all to die for! I’m the same way though when blogging about it,I’m like “I had this really good red stuff, with a side of some rice looking stuff.”Not too informative, but soooo delicious. It looks like you had a blasty too,so double whammy!
I think it’s hilar how we all said we didn’t know what we were eating!! lol
lovely recap!
The okra must have been something Kath said it was her favorite too! Looks like a good time. Have a good night!
Kelsey,Hi my name is Jesse and I think you are a darling!
I have to tell you my dear,I am 26,young and lovely, but I always think that I could be thinner! But the core of it is,I am tall and I know that I am thin, but there is a voice that says that I could always be thinner! But at the core of my being,I know that I am perfect just the way I am,and that my job right now is to focus on taking the best care of myself possible, because I have many gifts to offer in service to humanity. And my dear,I say the same to you-rather than focusing on loosing weight, which you do NOT need to do,love yourself and take the best care of yourself as possible, and the rest will fall in to place…that will be the best gift you can give to yourself and the world too
Indian food is awesome
I’m planning on making some tomorrow night for dinner
Kelsey,I adore that top! Where did you get it!
What a fun night! I’ve never tried much Indian food, but everything looks delicious!
Invite me to the next potluck you go to! They always look so yummy
Hey Kelsey,
I’ve been reading for a while, but never commented until now. I have to ask where you got your top? It’s really cute!
