Expect pretty huge post news evening–huge for me at least!!

Almost EVERY aspect of my life has changed in under 7 days–except for the fact that I’m still a girl + I still have a food blog..

Now on to food–

BREAKFAST. I wasn’t hungry.

Dead Peep #1–ALL peeps will receive different forms of culinary torture + all will be documented–this one was simply toasted..

LUNCH. Still not hungry.

Fresh cuc + tom + my brother’s salsa–and a dash-o-peppa!!

Oven roasted beet–

Heated TRI BEAN SALAD..

Now to work!!

Your beets look so yummy. I love beets so much. Question- do you use fresh or canned and how do you roast them? Just plain in the oven??? Mmm,if I could open my mouth,I would be making some beets right now.
