I took my shoes off so I’d be better at karaoke.. That was my rational at least..
BABS singing LIFE’S A DANCE!!
I can’t believe I’ve had the same favorite song for almost twenty years!!
Nate at his finest..
We were totally sober.. just trying to act drunk!!
Kate made LOTS of new friends!!
She also got really excited when what she deemed THE BEST KELLY CLARKSON SONG EVERRRRRR came on and ran up to sing karaoke with a random group of people!!
The last song of the night –NUTHIN’But A G THANG-- was a TOTAL BUST..
Someone didn’t make to the stage + I had to sing back up.. just had to..
Matt held his own while Nate + I just laughed a lot..
The three WHITEST rappers EVER.
I have no clue who this girl is.. but I think she thought she was having her picture made.
The walk home was pretty much fantastic..
I raided Nate’s Smart Ones stash when we got back to the house..
I fancied it up with a little hummus + kashi crackers!!
I stuck my finger in my food to make sure it was hotttt.. OH BOY. It was HOOOOOTTTT!!
So hot it required an ice bath.. which I took to bed with me!!
I cuddled up with my “morning after”cures + hit the hay!!
I woke up around 7 to take some Excedrine migraine —part of my hangover prevention plan-
The caffeine in the Excedrine made my heart start to beat out of my chest!! Needless to say I was the first one up!!
I ate a banana –hangover prevention insurance–and took a nap..
The rest of the day was pretty low key + pretty fabulous..
I did leave my camera at the house of Nate + Kate.. so expect creative blogging to come tomorrow–maybe.

Looks like things got kinda crazy after we left! Who knew a karaoke night could be so fun!

Nice hangover prevention! My method includes a couple handfuls of goldfish crackers+water+2 tylenol pre bed,then upon waking I drink orange soda and eat a carborific meal. Don’t ask why orange soda,it just works! And I don’t even drink soda! Must try the Excedrin migraine!
