I slept in again!! It just feels soooooooo good!
Once I peeled myself away from netflix + out of bed I headed over to YOGA ONE for a one hour class with Steve.. So good. I love(d) yoga downloads–until I experienced the real energy that comes from practicing in a really great group setting. I work so much harder + it doesn’t feel like hard work. I am in love–with yoga.
Yoga makes me HUNGRY!!
I came home + knew lunch had to include sprouts!!
I am on a huge clean out the fridge mission–again.
A quick google search returned this SPROUTAFABALICIOUS recipe from SPROUTPEOPLE.COM

Yoga leaves me starving! It makes me want to keep that fresh feeling so I usually will eat some thing cold. I’ve been wanting to harvest my own sprouts. I guess all I need are some legumes,a jar,and water.
That is sproutafabalicious! Your presentation gets an A++!
awesome!!! I am totally trying this recipe =)
Glad to hear that the yoga was a positive experience today!

Question –my wonderful husband bought me a magic bullet blender
and I (LOVE IT) and used it for the first time last night to make some White Bean Hummus –my first hummus attempt and it turned out great!! But my question is –it was my first time using tahini (which took me forever to stir and I think my wrist still aches!!) but does it have to be refrigerated after opening? It didn’t say so on the container, but I just wanted to check to make sure!! Love your site!
hi Carrie!
I keep my tahini in the fridge!!.. technically some of them don’t have to be refrigerated, but all of them can–So I play it safe and keep it in the fridge to avoid a quicker oxidation process..
You will have SO MUCH FUN with the magic bullet!!!!!! The possibilities are endless!!
Cheers!

Tasty dish…looks delicious. I will try it!
I’ve been experimenting with the sprouting for a little bit now and I love it! I tried to eat sprouted chickpeas by themselves, but they were too bitter. I made a hummus with mine as well, and it was the fluffiest hummus I have ever had!! Sprouting rocks!!
Yum! I love sprouting as well, and I can’t wait to try this recipe!
that salad is so beautiful, and I love the idea of making hummus with sprouts! Never thought that would work.
