I treated my dad to breakfast at Brunches.. a local favourite + he treated me to an oil change!! THANKS DAD!!

We went halvsies on breakfast —flounder + grits + eggwhites + french toast!!!

Last night I stayed up LATE so I could make a batch of cupcakes that weren’t well done!!
I scrapped the vegan margarita cupcakes + went for the classic vanilla..
topped with margarita icing —RECIPES TO COME TOMORROW!! –

I DO have a mother too!! She just wasn’t around the house for any of the photo shoots..

My brother made an amazing lunch.. I had a nibble + loved watching his technique!!
He worked with the basic design of this RECIPE..
BUT he recommends–cream cheese + diced jalapeno + minced onion + S + P + hungarian paprika (picky picky) + coriander .. stuff the pepper with this mix + top with cheese + bake!!
He says to dip it an egg wash + roll it in corn starch + deep fry it–I vote NO!!–but he says YES!!

This wine was leftover from Christmas–Yes,I give out bottles of wine for Christmas–I think wine would be an awesome present to get —So that is why I give it!!

Tomorrow I will unveil the recipes for:
- vanilla cupcakes (I recommend pillsbury —it tastes the same!! with a lot less clean up!!)
- margarita icing (totally worth it!!)
- cilantro salsa (onion free +Kath friendly!!)
Now I have a SERIOUS SLUMBER PARTY to get back to!!
I’ve been granted permission to be in charge of breakfast in the morning———GET EXCITED!!

muffin holders are a mystery–my mom found them somewhere + can’t remember where!! they are SO perfect for spring!!
