Funny that it says CULANTRO + has a picture of CILANTRO on the tag..

After a quick wiki search I have decided to refer to it by its scientific name Eryngium foetidum .

The mass murder of peeps did not result in a sugar high yesterday–It resulted in a sugar COMA.

Literally–I ate the peeps, then drove to the library, then read 2 pages of notes, fell asleep sitting up,went home to “close my eyes for a minute”,woke up 3 hours later..

All of the peeps are now gone–But SMORES peeps are SO going to be on the menu for next April!!

Today is going to be fun–3 exams tomorrow + a HUGE lab report on my experiment + a trifold poster presentation–has anyone used one of those since middle school?? I think not.

MixMyGranola GIVEAWAY!! is still going on!!

Cheers!!

Eryngium foetidum is WAY better a name than culantro. good job. you can be in charge of herbage nameology from now on.

                that dinner looks scrumptious.

Oooh,I might have to try that wine. I know I’ve seen it at our TJ’s. Most any Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is bold. I like Spy Valley,Brancott, and Villa Maria. I’ve also found the Chilean SB’s to be pretty good and pretty cheap, which is a bonus! Most of the California SB’s are pretty mild and not as bold and racy as the ones from abroad.
