Fish TACOS….

Which deems this a very appropriate song for the evening.. Fish Tacos —an Immuzikation mash up–

.. this song was a JAC recommendation over a month ago —and it is STILL in my top playlist..

Now that I’ve covered the audible fish tacos lets move on to the edible fish tacos..

The veg–

All but the avocado went into the pan..

Red onion,roma tomato,jalapeno–a spicy one!!

I added Dover Sole + the lemon juice + salt half way through the cooking process..

Fresh cilantro from the front porch went into the cilantro/avocado/yogurt dip!!

greek yogurt + chopped cilantro + taco sauce + diced avocado = HEAVEN!!

Freshly grated CABOT SERIOUSLY SHARP CHEDDAR..

Everything on a mini steamed flour tortilla –

dover sole + veg combo + shredded cabbage + zesty dip + cheese!!

I had 2 of them.. I would like to have eaten 20 of them!!

I guess now is as good of time as ever to finish a 12 page paper that is due in the morning–but a bubble bath + a glass of wine sound SO GOOD right now!!

                            yes there is–click on where is says read full post and that will take you to the blog where the song is sourced from + then find the link to the song.. right click it and choose download linked file.. sometimes the files aren’t mp3s or no longer exist + you just have to go back to hypem + start over with another blog.. let me know if it works.. or doesn’t work!!
