Perhaps I’ve been slacking on my protein??..
All I wanted today was all fish all of the time!..
First round of fish–
Smoked salmon + summer squash + cream cheese + pepper poppyseed water crackers
Second round of fish–
Cajun slaw (cabbage + green bell pepper + carrot + 1 T tartar sauce + 1 T frank’s hot sauce) Topped with TJs fish sticks!
Baby Mango as a snack!!
I guess the Animal KIngdom Karma was getting me back for this mornings tragic incident via bird bottom!!
Tuna Tacos for dinner!…
1 can drained/rinsed tuna + 1/3 can rotell with juice + taco seasoning..
They tasted + had texture very similar to chicken tacos..
Topped with shredded cabbage + diced tomato + freshly shredded Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar..
Does anyone have any new fun TJs finds? I’m going on Tuesday + am starting a list now!!
Now it is time for Bath + Books!!

I had a fish hankering today as well. For some reason I craved raw tuna,so that is exactly what I had for dinner.
Your fishy eats today look devine.
Hmm,the fish sticks intriuge me. I’m thinking these may make it on my TJ’s list of “things I must buy.”Although,I don’t think I’ve eaten fish sticks since I was 7,I would love to re-introduce them back into my life.

probably irrelevant to you being a veg and all,but i think my absolute favorite tj product is the savory chicken broth paste squeezy packets. oh my goodness so good!
Kelsey- I saw a new dried fruit trail mix- something Tropical…it was all tropical fruits (go figure!) and a new flatbread frozen pizza with mushrooms- I love the pesto one,so I’m jonesing to try the mushroom one! All suitable for a vegisaurus like yourself!
I was surprisingly impressed with the Trader Jose Dark Mexican Lager.

That’s a whole lot of fish! But everything is so different and creative!! YUMMY! I especially like the salmon crackers…what a perfect snack.

James is obsessed with the TJ beer “simpler times”it’s only $4.99 for a six pack of cans and quite tasty!! he orders it by the flat!!
their sweet + savory granola bars are SO good! it’s a taste explosion in your mouth!
TJs has a new peanut butter with flaxseeds and it’s made with valencia peanuts which are very sweet –so sweet,I don’t put jam on PB&J sandwiches anymore. It’s really good! I highly recommend it.
