It is another BEAUTIFUL day in the QC.. + I’m off to a super start..
Rooms filled with sunlight + aromas of french toast lingering in the air + the sound of Hype Machine Radio filling my ears.. I am currently in what I like to refer to as “kelsey land” + it is pretty pretty pretty wonderful!!
I would like a mimosa.. hmm..

This organic fugi had the appleality (apple + personality) of cardboard.. So I soaked it in OJ over night + simmered it to spice it up a little..

This was the colour I got so excited about when I saw it on the ESSIE website a few weeks ago..
I couldn’t find it locally,so I went the EBAY route.. it looked much greener on the website.. this NP is robins egg blue!!
I put it on + originally thought–NO WAY.. but it’s growing on me..

Mmmm…I want to try the yummalicious. Weekend breakfasts are the best.
My favorite TJ’s finds –frozen mangoes,Dijon mustard,the bag of fresh chard (chard of many colors I think is the name,) frozen lime pops,goat cheese,Dynamic red wine (a biodynamic red blend –it’s fantastic and exclusive to TJ’s) less guilt pita chips,I could go on and on…
Yet,it’s still fun to see what other people find at TJ’s that I still haven’t tried.

Your spread looks like breakfast heaven! I’ve never thought to use fruit juice in french toast custard! Sounds amazing! I have the same prob with those syrup containers! Here’s a trick- buy a condiment bottle at Target or a kitchen supply store and pour it all in when you first open it. Its great for artfull dispensing too- since I usually end up with a pool of syrup when pouring out of the widemouth can! Enjoy your sunday!
HEATHER-
1 egg
3/4 C milk
1t vanilla
sprinkle of cinnamon
pinch of salt
2t citrus juice (added last)

I haven’t really delved into anything other than the 20 minute yoga downloads.. I’ve tried a few,but can’t remember.. They just don’t fit in with my schedule right now.. BUT I do have big plans to start doing more of the longer ones starting in May.. I’ll keep you posted
