So almost every other day of the week my alarm is set for 6:23..
It is like nails on a chalkboard + I ever so reluctantly crawl out of bed + into the shower..
TODAY– SATURDAY– My alarm was set for 9:14..
I don’t particularly care for 0‘s + 5‘s or 30‘s..
+ I woke right up at 6:23 with no prompting + no chance for going back to sleep!!
YOGA- I did 3- 20 minute yoga sessions.. + a little toning with a thera-band..

at 8 the door bell rang!!.. + a lovely package from Dei Fratelli appeared at my doorstep!!
I haven’t been able to find their Presto Pizza Dip in over a year!..
So they sent me a few sauces to try..

I had my fingers crossed for pizza sauce, but I am really excited about checking their other products out!!

Now it’s time to get ready to enjoy the sun + a little traipsing through the woods before work!!

I know what you mean about the numbers… I set my alarm for 5:49 every weekday. I mean, I need that minute to listen to my ipod (I have an ihome for my alarm) in bed before I can get up!
I hear you about getting up at 6 every other morrning! yuck! I usually set my alarm for about 6 minutes before I really want to get up because I know I am going to press snooze once and that way I still get up on time! LOL Funny stuff!
OMG – I cannot handle the alarm with non 5 and 0 numbers. It is such a sickness I can’t even explain it. I can’t even raise the volume on my tv and leave it on a number that is not end in a 5 or a 0.
You are crazy and wild with your wake up times! But, your bowl of oats looks FANTASTIC. YUM.
That banana isn’t that old. I had some completely black ones on my counter this week. Those were ancient!

Not only do I wake up to odd numbers + I also go straight for the computer before I even get out of bed!!.. Is there a better way to wake up than a lovely comment.. usually from VEGGIE GIRL!!
i do that too! my macbook home when i am not using her is permanently next to my bed, so she is easily picked up and carried over the duvet for some morning apple love.
