Why do a load of dishes + a load of laundry when you can do them at the same time!!..
I tossed my lunch bags in my laundry + apparently forgot to check for contents!..

Tonight should have been a simple slap it together dinner.. BUT I spent a little time playing on Jessica’s page + decided I had to have this !! Everything on her site looks absolutely amazalicious!!

I changed the recipe to go with what I had in the fridge + to make it pesco friendly..

3 cloves of garlic + splash of EVOO..

2+ ounces of Cream Cheese..

TJs Rustico Pasta Sauce..

Fresh Baby Spinach.. 3 Cups total.. (I had to add it in batches so it could cook down)..

1/3 C Parm..

BABY MUSHROOMS..


Pasta of choice.. cooked super al dente since I knew it was going to be baked..

I tossed the shrimp in the sauce but did NOT cook them.. I let that happen in the oven..

+ Pasta!..

OH why not.. just a little extra cheese

Into the pan!!

Baked at 375* for 20 min.. Golden + Bubbling!!

Is that the TJ’s Prosecco? I noticed they started carrying Prosecco recently and thought about trying it,but didn’t.

That looks so delicious and I am not even a big pasta fan. I am definitely making this ASAP –I just happen to have some gluten free pasta in the cabinet that I should give a try. I bet that sauce would be good over rice too. Girl you are a fabulous cook!
