So Fresh + So Clean Clean..

Why do a load of dishes + a load of laundry when you can do them at the same time!!..

I tossed my lunch bags in my laundry + apparently forgot to check for contents!..

Tonight should have been a simple slap it together dinner.. BUT I spent a little time playing on Jessica’s page + decided I had to have this !! Everything on her site looks absolutely amazalicious!!

I changed the recipe to go with what I had in the fridge + to make it pesco friendly..

3 cloves of garlic + splash of EVOO..

2+ ounces of Cream Cheese..

Fresh Baby Spinach.. 3 Cups total.. (I had to add it in batches so it could cook down)..

Pasta of choice.. cooked super al dente since I knew it was going to be baked..

I tossed the shrimp in the sauce but did NOT cook them.. I let that happen in the oven..

This dinner surpassed my expectations + was surprisingly simple + quick! I had a lot of fun making it too :)
