I met my goal–well almost..
I was in bed before 10:30 + asleep before well before 11.. It was pretty much awesome!!

Breakfast was simple + hopefully more filling than yesterday..
Can anyone guess what kind of nut butter is in the spoon

I butter my WW EM before toasting + I’ve had a few comments on the process—So today I photo documented it..
I use a filet knife to easily cut very thin slices of real butter.. salted butter.. delicious salty butter..

Perfectly delicious + crisp + I can’t wait until tomorrow morning to do it again!!

ROSE- the ONLY way I can wrangle myself to sleep early (well—have been able to for the last 2 days) is to put my computer to sleep + leave it alone.. !!

I had to set myself a timer (that was when my husband was in Iraq and I’d stay up til 11 or so)-then I’d get up and get ready for bed,read some and go to sleep. Once I made that a habit it worked…and I can tell you I feel a lot better.
