Simple + Delicious Fruit Crisp..

This was the most simple + delightful thing I’ve made in a while..

In the Fruit Bowl:

INGREDIENTS

-1 Pear

-1 Nectarine

-1/3C blackberries

DIRECTIONS

-Wash + dice (don’t dice the black berries ;) )

-saute over medium heat with a squeeze of lemon until tender

-taste to see if the fruit is slightly sweet + slightly soft

-remove from heat + insert into baking dish

In the Crisp Bowl:

INGREDIENTS

-1/4 C Old fashioned oats

-2 T oat bran

-1 T multigrain pancake/waffle mix

-1/4 C dark brown sugar—loosely packed

-1 T butter

-a little salt (to taste!!)

DIRECTIONS

-taste to see if it is sweet with a hint of salt + delicious..

-Using a pastry cutter mix all ingredients

-Spread over fruit OR Refrigerate separately from the fruit until ready to bake

-ONCE ASSEMBLED bake at 375* for 20 minutes or until bubbling + crisp
