I wanted dinner to be delicious + simple so I went with all pre-prepared items + assembled them like this—

Frozen asparagus,defrosted in the microwave topped with Rustico sauce..

Topped with eggplant cutlet,also defrosted in the microwave,more sauce + leftovers from last nights bleu cheese crab cakes..

The stacking continues 3 layers high!!

I baked this in the dish at 375* for 15 minutes (the baking time was short since the eggplant + asparagus were already slightly warm)
