BLEU CHEESE CRAB CAKES + JALAPENO COLESLAW!!

Bleu Cakes!!.. 

In the Bowl:

Serves 4 to 6 people

INGREDIENTS

-16oz Crab Meat—I found this AMAZING claw meat at TJs for $8.99!! That is a ridiculously amazing price for crab meat of this quality!!

-1/4 C mayo

-1/3 to 1/2 C Bleu Crumbles (big chunks are better )

-a little lemon juice

-a little blackening seasoning

-a tiny tiny bit of old bay

DIRECTIONS

-Lock your doors + close the blinds so your neighbors don’t try to invite themselves over for dinner

-Mix + sear over medium to med high heat until browned + cheese is melted

Jalapeno Coleslaw.. 

 

In the Bowl:

INGREDIENTS

-2 C chopped cabbage

-1 diced jalapeno (amount of seeds to be determined by YOU!!)

-2T Dukes Mayo

-Pepper + maybe a little salt (not always)

DIRECTIONS

-Mix + savor
