Blogger Burger Bash..

Here is what I would look like if I were 6 months preggers!!..  (have no fear.. it is just the shirt ;) )

Kath + Matt + Nate + Kate + I had a little burger bash!!

I took fun pictures of the guys—USING SOMEONE ELSE’S CAMERA.. So by this evening the pictures will appear on KERF or B+B !!

Here is the salad from last night ready to be assembled.. 

I used a fresh MEXICAN MOZZARELLA— which was a little salty + seemed to be a hit!!

Kate made WONDERFUL sweet potato rounds..  baked to perfection!!  She also just got finished painting her dining room my FAVORITE COLOR.. so I was very happy while eating in it  ;)

I wrapped up the party with a cup of yumalicious coffee (Thanks Kate!!) + headed to Caribou get more coffee…

SHHHHHH don’t tell Kath!!—she has some crazy theory that my lack of sleep (average of 3 to 4 hours/night) is some how related to my occasional over indulgence in the caffeinated beverages.. 

I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned it before–but I enjoy my coffee black.. or if I’m feeling a little crazy I’ll add a splash of soy milk!!

                                  I usually make my sesame,balsamic + ginger dressings.. but when it comes to a caesar vin this is my “go to”dressing..

                                  I do plan on finding a good homemade creamy caesar dressing soon.. so stay tuned!!
