YES I did visit the vending machine area today.. For the first time in YEARS!!
Stress + My Mouth = Dangerous!!
The dirty little post over at KERF makes it look like I had a giant Dr. Pepper + 18 cookies/crackers..
In reality I did consume the entire Dr. Pepper + 9 and a half cookies/crackers…. Cara + I shared different varieties + KATH ate a half of a cookie.. okay more like a third.. BUT she still consumed it + that is enough to entertain me!

Speaking of CWK today I bought a ticket to go see Death Cab + Cold War Kids + Ra Ra Riot at Davidson College in 2 weeks.. (insert a lot of enthusiasm here!!)

Tomorrow is another Thursday “because we can”lunch get together.. I’m bringing a little bird food—Or as I like to call it a nice little mixed green salad..
I have been informed that there will be a “hippie burger”available for my consumption while everyone else consumes the cow.. Thanks Kate!!

I sliced + diced tomato + cucumber + fresh mozz..
It is currently marinating in a Caesar Vinaigrette + will be tossed with red leaf lettuce..

The sweet baby mango was soooo Delicious earlier I couldn’t resist having another.. + a little SoyCream from TJs..
It was the most PERFECT COMBINATION EVER.. I love the TJs SoyCream more + more each time I have it!

That baby mango looks so good! Aren’t mangos ususally a greenish red? Or am I thinking of another fruit? I have a hard time figuring out if a mango is ripe or not. What do you look for?

Heather–haha! it was a fun post! Mangos are usually greenish red + I am terrible at picking those out.. The little sweet baby “champagne”mangos just kind of speak to you.. like picking out a peach.. there is just a little give + you know it’s ripe…also similar to picking out an avacado.. but maybe a little softer .. hope this helps!
