Flat Taco Party..

I wanted french fries.. I settled for a little flat taco party!.. (the settling statement is a lie —these were G-R-E-A-T!!)

————————————————————

In the Bowl:

INGREDIENTS

-1/2 C FF refried beans

-1 Heaping T of FF Greek yogurt

-1 T TJs Double Roasted Salsa

-a generous splash of Hot Taco Bell Hot Sauce

-squeeze of a lemon!!

————————————————————-

—————————————————————————

TOPPINGS

-slices of avocado

-1 oz grated cheese- I used cheddar tonight..

-more hot sauce!

—————————————————————————-

DIRECTIONS

-Mix..

-Assemble—Spread mix on thin tostadas + top with freshly grated cheese (1 oz total) + avocado + more hot sauce..

-Bake 10 min at 350* or until cheese is melted..

YUUUUUUMMMM!!  So crispy + So simple + So delightful!!  It was a little party in my mouth!!  Everything tastes so much better when prep + cook time is less than 15 minutes!!

I went to ULTA today to pick a new NP colour I saw on the ESSIE website + it was NOT there!!! I picked up a new OPI colour instead.. It will be revealed the next time I paint my toes..

Flat Taco Party = an awesome band name. Better even than some of those that we came up with on Saturday. Probably the same genre as String Cheese Incident.

Does that mean there will be noodle dancing involved?..

Cook the noodles just short of them being done. The only way to tell is when you taste them. Also, what could be happening, cause this has happened to me,if you’re putting the noodles in before the water is boiling enough that can do it too. They won’t cook right but they’ll get mushy. Make sure you’re putting enough water for the amount of noodles you’re boiling.
