Today was mentally exhausting (2 back to back midterms– GUH!).. So Kath + I decided to take advantage of our canceled evening class + headed over to Vintage Wine Cellar for a glass of wine.. Surprise surprise a glass turned into a bottle (it was 1/2 price bottle night– can you blame us?! ) + we decided to just have dinner there too!..
Kath invited me to an impromptu afternoon potluck tomorrow so I tossed together a little broccoli salad..
In the bowl:
INGREDIENTS
-3 cups broccoli, cut to your desired size (I prefer small for this recipe)
-1/4 green olive slices w/ pimentos + olive juice
-3 T mayo (Dukes of course!!)

It’s really good with little raw white onion + black olives too.. but green olives + juice are the key!!
