Too Good To Be True….

First and foremost Jessica is having a KERF t-shirt giveaway contest.. check it out + check out her baked shrimp with tomatoes recipe—I can’t wait to make it!!.. I’ve touched the KERF t-shirts + they are super soft + high on my “want”list..

Now let’s talk dinner.. well kinda.. It was dinner for a girl who wasn’t very hungry…(way to go fish sticks.. keeping me full for over 6 hours!)In the Bowl:

INGREDIENTS

-2 T No Pudge Fudge Brownie Mix

-1 T Cabot Light Sour Cream

-a tiny tiny drizzle of water (because this particular sour cream is soooo thick)

DIRECTIONS

So let me just make a PROS + CONS list for you…

PROS:

-DELICIOUS

-no raw eggs,so you can safely lick the spoon

-minimal clean up–1 bowl + 1 spoon

-single serving (or however many you’d like)

-so versitile!.. you can use yogurt, sour cream, soy products to mix it up

-did I mention delicious?..

-long shelf life

-no left overs

-real ingredients (I said real not wholesome)

CONS

-did you really think I could find any cons with a pros list that long?..I topped it all off with few raspberries (frozen from Trader Joes ..I added about 5 more after I took the photo) + Cabot vanilla whipped cream.. It was a little slice of mouth HEAVEN..

Good night all
