This is what last night pre-prepped oats turned into.. a big bowl of deliciousness!!.. I’ll admit it.. I am an eater + driver (terrible I know .. but a girl needs all of the beauty rest that she can get!!).. but at least I do it in style with this beautiful celadon bowl..
Today is a whirlwind of school work.. but I’m determined to have a nice relaxed dinner out of a beautiful bowl!.. Even if I have to eat with my computer or a school book!!

Kath- Barney Butter is to die for!!.. why are they the only ones making roasted almond butter.. they are brilliant..! I tried to figure out how I eat oats + drive at the same time on my way home (with no bowl).. I really don’t know!!.. and I should probably stop unless I want my insurance to go up!
