gooooood morning
After a day of rainy grossness the sun is back and so is my smile
Kath from KERF has gotten me hooked on yoga sessions from yogadownload.com so I started my morning off with Morning Flow #1. It is packed full of backbends and a great way to get your mind + body jump started in the morning. By the end of the quick 20 minute session my stomach was YELLING at me So,I decided to fill it full of delicious + nutrition oats
I’ll be honest.. oatmeal used to look + sound + taste gross—until my life was completely revolutionized by Kaths banana whipped oats. The first time I decided to try oats again my sentiments were something along the lines of “yeah,right–like I’m going to like this…ha!”…. We’ll turns out the “ha”was on me–and I now eat this suuuuuuper amazing concoction at least 5 days a week.. On the mornings when I don’t eat the oats,9 times out of 10 I sure wish I did. It is amazing how the volume + density of the oats can curb your hunger straight through lunch.
In the bowl this morning:
+1/4 cup fresh black berries (most cooked into the oats + a few on top post-cooking)
+1 T shredded coconut
+1 silver spoonful of Earthfare fresh ground honey roasted peanut butter
Today is going to be action packed with school + school work + cleaning + errands Perhaps I’ll see you for lunch.. but only if I decide to eat it out of a bowl
