helllllo burrito!!

I’m baaaack!! 

Today has been hectic,but productive and it feels sooo good!.. I have friends coming into town from Greensboro,NC to see a Spearhead show tomorrow night at the Neighborhood Theatre and I want to have the house ready + be prepared to throw a nice brunch on Saturday morning 

After class + gym + running around I was HUNGRY.. so I decided that volume was key to my midday satiety + to prevent afternoon boredom “monster mouth” .. details on “monster mouth”to come ….

In the bowl:

-Trader Joe’s whole wheat handmade tortilla

-black beans

-pinto beans

-fresh grape tomatoes

-fresh sliced baby bella mushrooms

-Trader Joe’s soy chorizo 

-Taco Bell hot sauce

-Daisy sour cream

-all heated in a cast iron skillet and rolled together in the TJ’s tortilla!! + served with a side of spring mix + freshly grated heluva good  jack cheese + a dash more of taco bell hot sauce…sooo satisfying

This horrible photo makes me want to push camera researching/shopping right to the top of my to do list,but school work comes first .. any suggestions for a point + shoot that takes amazing photos in a low light setting with no flash..

Now it’s time to get back to school work + getting pretty for date night
