No time to eat at home today.. or even individual meals for lunch and dinner for that matter! I am working a “double”today– So,on my break I have made a little nest in a booth at the local Earth Fare Cafe where I will be doing homework all afternoon long!
My huge and delicious “linner”(lunch + dinner) consists of a huge bed of mesculine mix + salmon + marinated button mushrooms + white kidney beans + fresh salsa + red onions + feta + asian vegetable salad (kale,carrots,broccoli,tri-colored peppers). With all of the flavors in this bowl I didn’t even consider adding dressing!
I will miss the special feel of the ceramics and the silver,but I think this delicious salad and hoppy beer will make up for it..
School work calms down after tomorrow,so hopefully I’ll be able to work on the background pages for this site so you guys can learn a little bit more about me and why I’m doing this
